The fact you're avitar's named NOBODY is sad. I'd say you should be working on how to have a better opinion of yourself then NOBODY, having felt like a NOBODY so much of my life, I know it takes effort to think differently. GOD DIDN'T CREATE NOBODIES, we believe we are, because we believe what others say.
Don't get obsessed with exercise, just walk a lot, go for a jog.
I've been anorexic and obsessed with exercise in the past, both were deadly and sad routes to take. If you walk stairs instead of taking an elevator. Get up and move around instead of watching TV, go for a mile walk. You don't have to exercise every day, becuase you'll get exercise naturally throughout the day. Then if you want to tone up, do Pilates; I suggest Pilates as they are well rounded exercises that create long lean muscles, healthy muscles.
If you are seeing that you are obsessed with exercise, stop while you can, people become addicted to exercising for hours each day. The human body one doesn't need that intensity, it can lead to an addictive behavior towards exercise, then towards eating and I'm telling you, those two paths lead to nothing but pain.
Just keep busy, do something for others and you'll be active and get most of your exercise naturally.
If you already exercise for hours a day, just commit to no more then twenty minutes and work on the issues of why you use exercise so much. Most people who get caught up in hours of exercise are using it to run from other issues in their life that they should be addressing instead.
WHATEVER YOUR CHOICE, be wise and careful.

About 3 times a week I will. I go to the gym every day and every other day at home I add some exercises in that I did not do at the gym.

Everyonce in awhile if I try to do cardio and weights hard in 1 day I might do it in the morning and then the afternoon. I work in a gym though and that makes it much easier.

I do on a daily basis.
During my lunch hour, I walk. When I get home, I walk on the treadmill for an hour.
Right now, I cannot because I have my period.
