It depends on genetics. Since you have no clue you should spay and neuter right away.

Yes, they could have healthy puppies BUT....if there is a genetic problem in the family the chances of the puppies developing the problems is greater. An example would be cataracts, if the family has a recessive gene for developing juvenile cataracts then the puppies might have received the recessive gene from both parents and then develop juvenile cataracts.
Breeders do a lot of selective breeding out there. I know breeders who breed daughter to dad, and daughter to granddad. Its a risk your taking. My suggestion would be get the sister spayed as soon as possible. If she hasn't had her first heat her chances of developing mammary cancer drops to almost nil.

Animals don't have that thing where if a brother and sister have a offspring it's usually not mentally healthy. Remember, animals (except dolphins I guess..ew) don't do it for pleasure they only do it to make more little animals. So I don't believe that should happen. However, if you don't want to take chances you can ask the vet to fix the female and that's like.......abortion I guess. Only they can't try again later.

A brother and sister from the same litter can create their own litters by the age of five months. It is not a good idea to allow this to happen though.

Birth defects are quite a possibility. I have heard of animals being born with extra toes, had poor development, retardation, hip problems, etc. It's not something you want to happen but if it does, you'll just have to ride it out and see what goes from there.

Not normally. Consider talking to your vet about your options and the life the puppies would lead. Good Luck.

Well yes and no.. alot of "fullbred" dogs are in one way or another inbred. But full bred dogs also tend to have more health issues than mutts do. Its possible the dog will be fine but theres a possiblity it wont also. Why dont you get your dogs fixed? Then you wont have this problem!

If there hasn't been a lot of previous inbreeding, they should be fine. If they are from several generations of inbreeding, the puppies could have serious deformities.
