that is my situation. just started working out hard and changed the diet to get healthy to counter the down times. she did the 100% contact cutoff thing and hasn't seen me. Anyway, she knows I have been dropping weight via mutual friends. Do you think she is curious to see what i look like (quite different people have been telling me) and would contemplate violating her no contact rule? I have about 20 more to go for my ideal weight and am pretty fired up about what i have accomplished. She used to pat my belly and warn me about my health...now no more belly and I run a lot. I just wish she cared to see what I now look like. oh well. at least I should live a little longer...lol. thanks

wow, great answers. anyhow, the weight was not the ONE reason...it was work/time related. hey at 270 i was not happy with me either though. now at 225 (6'3") i feel awesome! thanks.

You are doing great, and if she dumped you because you weren't in shape she's stuck up. She might be curious but if she is that stuck up she'll stick to her guns and not want contact. So I suggest when you run into her just be casual and wait for her reaction! Be happy with yourself and your progress, you'll find someone better. : )

She's probably curious, but I'm sure it depends on why you guys broke up in the first place. Depending on the reason, she might not ever want to see you again, even if you are super hot now. A sexy body isn't everything!

Well, it sounds like ur losing the weight for ur self and that's good. But, why should u care what she thinks....if she wasn't loving u for YOU (no matter what the weight) then u shouldn't bother ur self w/ her. "No contact" sounds pretty seriously broken up, maybe u should find a really hot chick and make her remember that she should of had some faith in u and not of been so stuck up!

It's cute that she is part of your motivation. Do what you have to . She is curious to see you, but probably doesn't want you to know. What will happen is you will run into her. Hopefully with her 400lb boyfriend that has ketchup on his face! You will look great and she will need a napkin to wipe her chin!!...

the only answer I would desire to this question is to tell him as gently and immediately as i'd desire to. i've got continuously felt being trouble-free and direct is the final attitude in maximum issues in existence. whether it does harm somebody for a whilst, it somewhat is extra helpful than not understanding why they walked away and chosen to not be with you.

I think it depends on why you separated. If it because of your weight, then she may be interested. However, that seems kind of shallow to me, so you might meet up with her, but I wouldn't take her back!
