Yes, Normally it's below freezing here. I just spent the day outside in a t-shirt. It was nice but something isn't right.

Yeah...considering the majority of the world's polution comes from two countries - the US (Americans love their vehicles and firearms) and China (which is making the right steps forward at least), you get those two to conform to some standard and reduce their output and you'll cut out a lot of the junk.
