Ok, so I work with this guy who is 6 years older than me, i'm only in my teens. We work together, and we always have been I suppose flirty, we reguarly meet up, in his house, after work, go to the beach etc.... recently we have been getting VERY close like sending each other dirty messages. One night it got a bit crazy were we both agreed we weren't messing with each other, adn send filty text messages, which made me crazy for him! The only thing is he has a girlfriend for the past 3 years. i feel so gilty, i don't know his girlfriend but Ijust feel horrile but I like him so, he is everything I've ever wanted. He tells me I'm a babe and my eyes are wicked. He isn't one of this guys who talks crap to get a girl in bed. He is innocent and fun. But it confusses me to as how he is happy in a serious relstionship and talk and act with me the way he does? I just want him to be happy, I care for him so much. But I can't kiss him knowing he has a girl, but I don't expect him 2 leave her either

I think you 2 have to sit down and have a talk. You must tell him how you feel without pressuring him to break up his relationship. Honesty is the best policy. Its not always the best when things like this happens as someone ends up being really hurt.
Talk to him.

just don't let it go any farther, if he has a girlfriend, than accept it, and find someone else. as if u were the girlfriend how would u feel? always try to put yourself in the shoes of the other person. how do u know what he is thinking is all that innocent? he may or may not be happy, but u really don't want to be the one who splits them up, as later on he might blame u, if his relationship is meant to end it will, let it happen naturally. if he is flirting, sending dirty messages, than he isn't all that innocent, and if u were his girl, he may do it to u, just like he is doing it to her.

Well I suggest that yiou better think carefully on this relationship. You should try to forget about him as he has a girlfriend already. You are still young and there are someone else out there for you. Try to put yourself in the shoes of the girl and see how would you feel when your bf starts to see another girl?
That is the feeling of how one will feel when they come to know that their love ones betrayed them. If the couples break off, people will blame you for spliting the couples even though you have no intention of doing it but in the others eyes you are the third party in this relationship

Well just see what goes from what you two are doing...I mean you guys will always be friends it sounds like! If something ever happens to his g/f ask him out! Or if you reallyy reall y like him ask him out! He will say I will have to think about it and "blah!" But if he really likes you as much as you describe up there! I don't see why he would not say "Yes"! Age don't matter! I knew someone who was 22 and sated a 40 yr old! Well Hope I could help

He got a girl friend but sent you dirty messages and he knows you are a little girl. Next time he will do the some thing to you if you are his girl friend.

Its up to you..... What if you were in his girl's situation, you wouldnt want to see that happen to you. I know it probably sucks to let him go, but thats what life's about... sacrifice
