Pretty much all candy is pure sugar with flavoring. I don't think there is really a definitive answer to this one. Kind of like asking which diet soft drink has the least calories? Virtually all candies stick to the teeth, which can lead to acid build up, and later on to cavities. This sugar has also been linked to preventing your body from burning other nutrients first, so it can lead to obesity. Whoah! kind of got off track.

Rock candy. You make it by making a sugar syrup and hanging a string in it and letting the sugar crystallize on the string.
