i believe in the rapture fully. just a matter of when it will happen. will it be before the tribulation, during or after. i dont know so i live my life for God as best i can. i am ready either way. there are many things happening now that are interesting. like rfid chips and vera chips. people are getting implants in there right hand and forehead. a guy claiming to be reincarnation of Jesus and buddha and all them. and doing miracles but not in Jesus name cause he says he is lord and what not. his name is maitreya and lives in london. and the un is trying to get him. so much more as well.

and in a way i believe it to be that we will get raptured and those who are luke warm christians or those who are not sure will be left behind. the Bible says there will be some who will fall short of the glory of God. faith without works is dead. i know many people who say they are christian and believe in God but go to church only on sunday and then live a worldly life. or go once in a while or what not. i am not judging and saying they are not saved but there is more to being a christian. i have a buddy who does not talk about God with any of his buddies cause they dont go. he is afraid they will not be friends. hmm if you are ashamed of God then he will be ashamed of you. the Bible says we need to let everyone know the truth. dont have to shove it down ppls throat. as long as i tried to tell you then i did my part. if you choose to listen or not that is between you and God.

There are different levels in heaven and in the new earth that will be recreated.

Angels have a hierarchy and jobs.

There are different people who have different functions and gifts of the spirit.

I think that when you talk of rapture, again its the words you use.

I basically believe there are some "soldiers" some "saints", etc. Some who have been faithful will go up before everything is released on the earth.

Just like Judas had a purpose in betraying Jesus and the denial of him three times . . . . some have been doing some incredible work here on earth and some need to stay in the trenches.

God Bless

Many early Christians believed that the end of the world would come during their lifetime and Paul spoke about the rapture; however, they misunderstood the Prophesy of Jesus concerning the end of the world. Jesus said nothing about a rapture.

I believe we will be caught up to meet the Lord in the clouds as stated in the Bible. The word "Rapture" brings controversy over semantics. Its fine with me if thats what you want to call it but many will reject the entire Bible passage just because the word "Rapture" doesnt appear in the Bible... go figure.

no, it is an end-time deception that was never taught by the early church. Can you imagine what will happen to the faith of millions of christians who aren't raptured during the apocalypse?! Jesus said if you endure with faith until the end that you shall be saved.

I have questions about the rupture.
I'm really not sure there will be a rupture, but just to be on the safe side we bought an RV, and we stay away from tall buildings.

All Christians believe that Jesus will come back at some unknown time in the future, but we disagree as to the exact order of events. www.equip.org

the verse that says one will be taken and the other left sounds more like Christians being arrested as oposed to the common belief that God will come and save his people.

We as Muslims also believe Jesus Son of Mary will descend to fight and kill the anti-christ. He will be a true believer in the Oneness of God.

[003:055] And (remember) when God said: "O 'Îsâ (Jesus)! I will make you sleep and raise you to Myself and clear you [of the forged statement that 'Îsâ (Jesus) is God's son] of those who disbelieve, and I will make those who follow you (monotheists, who worship none but God) superior to those who disbelieve [in the Oneness of God, or disbelieve in some of His Messengers, e.g. Muhammad [Peace Be Upon Him], 'Îsâ (Jesus), Mûsâ (Moses), or in His Holy Books, e.g. the Taurât (Torah), the Injîl (Gospel), the Qur'ân] till the Day of Resurrection. Then you will return to Me and I will judge between you in the matters in which you used to dispute."

(V.3:55) The advent (descent) of 'Îsâ (Jesus), [son of Maryam (Mary)] [Peace Be Upon Him].
a) Narrated Abu Hurairah [May God be pleased with him]: God's Messenger [Peace Be Upon Him] said, "By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, surely ['Îsâ (Jesus)], the son of Maryam (Mary) will shortly descend amongst you (Muslims), and will judge mankind justly by the law of the Qur'ân (as a just ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jîzyah* (i.e. taxation taken from non-Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to God (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it." Abu Hurairah added: "If you wish, you can recite (this Verse of the Qur'ân): "And there is none of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) but must believe in him [i.e. 'Îsâ (Jesus) [Peace Be Upon Him] as a Messenger of God and a human being] before his ['Îsâ (Jesus) [Peace Be Upon Him] or a Jew's or a Christian's] death, and on the Day of Resurrection, he ['Îsâ (Jesus) [Peace Be Upon Him]] will be a witness against them." (V.4:159).

b) Narrated Abu Hurairah [May God be pleased with him]: God's Messenger [Peace Be Upon Him] said: "How will you be when the son of Maryam (Mary) [i.e. 'Îsâ (Jesus) [Peace Be Upon Him]] descends amongst you, and he will judge people by the law of the Qur'ân and not by the law of the Injîl (Gospel)." (Fath Al-Bari) [Sahih Al-Bukhâri, 4/3449 (O.P.658)]
* The Jîzyah: a tax imposed on non-Muslims (who would keep their own religion, rather than embrace Islâm) will not be accepted by 'Îsâ (Jesus) [Peace Be Upon Him] , but all people will be required to embrace Islâm and there will be no other alternative.

We do not accept the idea of rapture. Rather God will Judge us all on the Day of Judgment and no deed will go unexamined.
