I'm making caramel eclairs and when i was mixing the dough, i didn't add the eggs one at a time--i added all of them at once and then mixed

now the dough is really watery and isnt thick like how its suppose to be

what do i do noww

Try baking anyway. Don't panic and throw away it might just be fine. If you are out of time then start over.

I had made them and they were wet. I put them in the oven for a longer time and they were fine after they were dry enough. The egg ( watery looking 0 when baked firms up.

Keep beating the mixture until the eggs are all incorporated. Adding them one at a time or all at once doesn't make a difference as long as they are mixed in thoroughly.
