even though she may not seem like it...and possibly may not know it......her divorce will hurt a little...give it a 3 to 6 months (yeah i know it seems like forever) before you try asking her out.....she'll love that you're being sensitive about her feelings too......and plus...you don't want to get her when she's "on the rebound".....because then she can just accuse you of using her once she's out of that stage....hope this helps!

First of all, do you have any kind of line of communication with this woman? Do you even talk to her about herself and what she wants right now? In general its considered good manners to wait at least 6 months to a year before asking a newly divorce' or widow out for a date so as to give her time to "morn" for her lose.

Dating a divorcee is not the same as dating a widow. Widows have a mourning period to get through before they even think about dating. Divorcees are ready to party as soon as the divorce decree is finalized. Quit wasting time and ask her already, before someone else beats you to the punch.

There isn't a time limit... it would be up to the woman. Ask her out.... if she isnt' ready she will probably tell you. But hang in there and be her friend till it is ready for her.
