They say it is not transferred by saliva , so kissing is about the safest thing to . Oral sex is more dangerous because there is semen involved even if he doesn't ejaculate in your mouth, there is the possibility of pre-ejaculative fluid making contact with a small scratch
in the mouth that you cant even feel . so be careful if you do ... be safe use condoms

it is extremely rare but possible. if you have open sores or bad teeth it increases the chances. saliva has an enzyme that kills the virus so you are generally but not completely safe in kissing and oral sex.

No, my science teacher told me that there is not enough saliva (spit) to enter in one's body. You can only get AIDS or HIV from sex&blood.
