Stephine, I am sorry that you have had your heart broken but, it's all apart life.
I know you will hear things like:
Oh, it will be okay,
I know how you feel, it happened to me too.
It's going to be alright in a little while......

I can go on like that all day, but you know? It's not okay, and it's not going to be alright in a little while.
It will take some time, which is always different for everyone.
It hurts because you are human and females are very emotional beings. I will tell you this much, it does teaches us how to heal also, because everyday from this point the pain will ease a little more than the day before. Sometimes you may hear a song that will remind you of that person and then you feel it all over again.
The things you go through are what makes you the person that you become as an adult, and believe you me you may not understand it all now but you will.
I think I was like 12 yrs-old when a boy made me cry because he quit me. I thought the world was ending that day, and of course my mom came with the, "There are more fishes in the sea" etc.... I didn't feel like that at that moment.
I finally got over it, and I remember it still to this day. but it doesn't hurt, and yes it did help me, because I did find out what was love what was a crush, and what was just puppy love.
We learn from everything that happens to us and for us, as we live and this will be the same for you okay?
Wish you luck Stephine okay?

Ouch! This hurts, I know, but unfortuatly all you can do is wait it out. It will go away, I promise. Thankfully there are some things that can take your mind off your heart. Start with your friends, they are a great support crew. Go out with them for dinner and a fun movie. Find a new hobby that you are really interested in and dive in. Volunteer for an organization you care a lot about. I guess I'm trying to say stay busy! Don't sit at home for hours by yourself to wallow in your pain. This will only make things worse. Get out and about, surround yourself with other people, even go for a walk and you will start to feel better. I don't believe in "rebounds" (although some people swear this will help you get over a lost love). Dating someone as a rebound is not fair to you or the other person. Wait until you feel less of that broken heart before you start dating someone new. The relationship will be much better and more fulfilling.

Because someone who was a special friend has changed the relationship or stopped it. Rejection and change hurt at all ages. Only time can heal your heart. Take what you learned about yourself in this relationship and become a better person. Go out and try new things and meet new people. Don't wallow in the pain.

Being Hearbroken is a hard to over come. but fortunatly for you i have some tips that will help you get over wut i have gotten over many MANY times.
1) Make yourself a nice bubble bath and relax with candle light and put on music that makes you the most happy.
2) Watch your favorite movie(try not to watch one that relates to your break up or you wil be sad all over again)
3) Make your favorite meal or go to your favorite resturant with your best friend.
4) Eat tuns of chokolate and icecream.
5)Invite your best friend to come over so that you guys can have a girls day out. (go to the spa, movies, resturant, shops, anywhere that you love to go)
6)Take of some work and take a nice long vacation. maybe go to some place tropical or a cruse. make sure you invite a friend cuz being alone will make you sad.
Sry About wut happened!!!! Hope I have helped. Good Luck & Feel Better!!!!

it hurts for the exact reason it's named heartbreak.....your heart feels sorta empty without that person in your life...the best way to get over it is to start focusing the energies that u focused on your relationship on yourself......join some activities.....do the things you wanted to but couldn't while you were in a relationship....start hanging out with your friends again.....you'll heal before you know it!

It's best to take yourself lower than you are now, so you won't worry about the broken heart, but something else. Crap in your pants in public usually works.

Only time will heal. Heartbreak sux, but something everyone has to live through. You can learn from it, but just don't become cynical..
