Yes, it is possible. But again, the world has undergone massive changes/upheavels since the worldwide flood.
God does not destroy the good He has created in perfection. The garden of Eden was sealed off and guarded by angels. I wonder, is it remotely possible that this place still exists as it was? but not visible to the eye's of man if God deems nobody see or discover it....
Certainly, I believe in the bible and the account of Genesis.

I think that in Genesis it says that the Garden of Eden was between the Euphrates and the Tigris but I can't remember. Over a long period of time, rivers change course, but it was probably somewhere in that general region. I believe that Adam and Eve were created about 50,000 years ago, and that the earth is 4.5 billion years old. www.reasons.org

The Tigris and Euphrates run through Iraq. Africa is just a stones throw away, considering all the animal life. I think its true, but not necessarily b/c scholars said so.

Well, its supposed to be true. The Hanging Baskets of Babylon are in IRAQ. Some of the most ancient ruins there have been destroyed by American troops digging trenches through these ruins and destroying ancient artifacts in order to get tanks through. Just as Israel is destroying Palestine where Jesus once walked....all bad news. Our history is being destroyed and the precious artifacts, the last bits of the past we have...are almost gone. Just like when Napolean used ancient Egyptian ruins for target practice :(

It is believed to have been in the area between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers - and that is in the center of Iraq today.
Makes sense that this area is also considered the "cradle of civilization" - where method farming and trade first happened.
The fall of man (Adan and Eve's fall) caused changes - including the area beinbg as it is now - the Earth would not be as it is, and our bodies and physival life would not be as it is without sin.
