Should I use the microwave? The oven? How long should I warm it up for?

The lobster is already cooked, I don't need to cook it, just to warm it up, I'm sorry, I'm not good at cooking.

i would boil it lightly. if you take the water and bring it to a rolling boil you can add the lobster for about 5-10 minutes. it should be moist as yummy as it was when freshly prepared. i wouldn't recommend the microwave-leftovers just end up rubbery and the oven could cause it to be tough.

I have lobster traps, I cook and reheat lobster constantly!

If the lobster was boiled or steamed first, then re steam it. Put a colander or collapsible steamer into a pot of boiling water and steam the lobster in the device till it is just barely heated through.
If the lobster was baked and stuffed first, reheat it in the oven, but first wrap it in foil to be sure the moisture doesn't get out.

Delish!

Is it cooked or raw? Well either way it doesnt really matter.. let your Lobster completely thaw. Break tail away from body, remove meat from tail. Chop meat into medium to large chunks, set aside. Melt butter in frying pan and add garlic(1 or more "toes" depending on tase) to it, sautee for about 2 minutes, add your lobster chunks and sautee for about 5 minutes(if lobster is cooked previously, just cook til heated thru) until meat is opaque and not transparent. Pour it over linguine and serve with a side salad and french bread for a great dinner. P.S. add salt and pepper to taste.

Into a large pot of boiling water for 2 minutes (and 2 minutes only!). In the oven (using hot air) heating takes 6 or 7 minutes, and will ruin the texture and taste. Microwave, too uneven and with lobsters high moisture content, too fast!

If you boil it again ...even for 2 minutes it will be overcooked and lose its flavor.....steam it above the boiling water. Do NOT microwave it under any circumstances, if you use an oven, wrap the lobster in foil with butter and a slice of lemon and use a low heat to just warm it.

No & No! Get a pan of boiling water and then drop in just long enough to heat it through. The oven or microwave makes it tough. Ruins the taste.
