The Wilton website has some decorating techniques. Another site is Baking 911. However, I recommend taking cake decorating classes. It's hard teaching yourself (I tried). Michael's craft stores offers Wilton Method Cake Decorating classes. There are 3 levels (4 classes per level), and the 3rd level teaches you how to use fondant. They are not that expensive either, and they usually have a special offer when you sign up for classes (1/2 off the class, free supplies, etc.). Good luck!
