I think it's made from Everclear and fermented cherries and some other stuff. My uncle from south Louisiana used to make it but it took like a year for it to get right. if anybody knows what I'm talking about, it would be most appreciated.

Wisconsin Cherry Bounce

1 750 ml bottle Vodka
2 Cups Cherries
1/2 Cup Sugar

Remove pits and stems from the cherries. Place them in a l liter container. Dissolve the sugar in vodka by combing them in a saucepan and heating over medium heat. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, let the mixture cool and then pour into the bottle. Seal the bottle tightly and store in a cool dry place for at least 1 month (optimally 4 - 6 months). Remove cherries and serve in a cordial glass.

2 quarts fresh cherries
4 cups sugar
1 quart of favorite spirits, vodka, brandy,etc.

put in air tight container. stir twice a day until sugar dissolves. let sit for 6 weeks or longer.

made mine, with organic pie cherries after trying a too tart pie with the type i was considering
