Is the new Rhapsody worth the money/hassles?

The new version of rhapsody is completely buggy, it won't save my play lists, and half my songs won't play. I have talked to customer support and they say to remove IE7, well i did but it solved nothing.
Should I just dump the service?

lime wire+ win amp= best music/video playback combination.
