I smoked it 2 days apart and it was barely enough to get me high both times I did it. I quit smoking after the second time I did it. A couple days later I started getting depressed and having insomnia, I was irritable, my physical perception of life was different It was like I was looking through someone else's eyes. I was always aggravated, and I started waking up in the middle of the night shaking for a couple of days. Then one night my brother and I were driving and it just came down, everything started going back to normal in an instant. My voice changed but I still felt kind of weird, like I wasn't all the way back. I went to sleep and woke up in a panic, I forgot how my usual perception was and my heart was beating fast because it was going back to normal; just like when I smoked the first time I freaked out because I never saw life that way it was scary. My perception is still a little off, is it going to take more time to go back to normal or do i have to get used to it?

I can recall a time were I felt exactly like I do now. It was when I was around the age of 9 to 10 I used to have panic attacks and social anxiety and always feel depressed. After a while I didn't have it anymore for many years until I smoked those couple of times now I feel the same way I did then. So do you think smoking could have brought this back?

alright dude TRUST me on this. weed takes 2 weeks to a month to get out of your system. and the symptoms you are feeling have nothing to do with the weed you smoked. that is just you being paranoid that smoking ruins ur life

Pot takes at least 30 days to get out of your system. That is if you have to go for a pee test. The effects of smoking small amounts (of even killer stuff ) will last only 2 hours max. I would see a doctor (at a clinic if you can't go to your family doctor). It sounds like you may very well have an allergic reaction to cannabis. You may have smoked stuff with fertilizer in it or chemicals from insecticide used to kill spider mites (little bugs that eat your dope plants) I hope this has helped ...Good Luck !!! Weed can say in your body for 2 months. If you smoked 2 times it will be for 4 months,You may not feel the high later like for 3 weeks later but its there.And a tip to stop go to a rehab for your insomnia they have sleeping pills and the medcine to help you to get clean.

You are probably going to fail a hair test, sorry man. I could be wrong though, get some body cleansing stuff from an herbal store. That stuff actually works, but I don't know if it will work in this time frame, especially with a hair sample.

everyone who says 30 days is a dumbass.... if those were the only 2 times you smoked then itll be out in about a week if u were a daily user before u stopped then it could take around 2 weeks up to a month thc is stored in your fat so exercise a lot and drink a lot of liquids to speed up your metabolism

the same thing happened to me. i had symptoms like yours that came and went for about 3 weeks after i smoked. they were similar to anxiety attacks. a few years later, i tried it again and the same thing happened, so now ive never touched it again. ome people are really affected by it and some dont seem to be at all. plus, it never made me feel high or good in any way.
the same thing happens to me if i use any medication that contains Ephedrine (like most cold/decongestant remedies)

6 days for a urinalysis, 1 month for blood panel and for DNA, hair and the like. depending on how long your wear the same growth of hair.

It affects everyone different and usually stays in your system based on body fat content. the symptons you describe are not classic pot symptons so you may want to seek some additional help
