Is it possible that a 14 year old girl does not really know what love is yet and does not want to have sex or a boyfriend?

I'm sorry but, this question is almost ridiculous. of COURSE it is COMPLETELY possible that a 14 year old girl does not want to have sex or a boyfriend yet. And it is almost a given that a 14 year old doesn't know what love is yet.... at least, not to the point of making the decision to have sex with someone.

Yes, it is entirely possible. Be glad if a 14 year old is not yet interested. I was not interested until I was 16 and even then was leary about it. Therefor you don't have to worry as much about her being a promiscuous, half naked girl running around with older men and possibly getting raped. Let it happen naturally but you or she are okay and should not have sex or a boyfriend until they are ready and older. Good Luck.

14 is way to young for thoughts of this. She should be having fun with her own peers and just doing what 14 yr olds do and that not having sex or serious with a boy. My GOD i cant believe a mere 14 yr old is thinking about sex. Maybe times have changed but not in my book. This is way outta line .

Yes. Friend Acctualy I would honestly say that 14 is too young emotionaly for MOST people to have a sexual relationship. This is not an adult being prude this is a real person who has had many positive and negative experiences directly and indirectly related to "sex". It is normal for either sex to not even be interested untill much older. It is realy ALOT of responsability and not everything its cracked up to be by pop culture.

Very possible. Some girls are super scared about AIDS and don't want to have sex. Some girls are also way to tomboyish and think boys are just friends. 14 year old girls are sometimes a little slow on love, too.

Which are you asking about Love and Sex doesn't necessarily have to go together. 14 yr old is an excellent time not to want sex she can be in love but smart enough not to equate the two. And just because she doesn't, doesn't mean she doesn't want to just smart enough to wait.

It is possible that a 14 year doesnt want to have sex. however, some girls are straight out stupid & easy and might think they are in love and will probaly be willing to give it up.

yeah.sex isnt everything that a girl wants. and a 14 yr old girl shouldnt have sex shes too young. but ppl these days 10 yr old girls are having sex.

Of course it is possible. It is more than likely that she DOESN'T KNOW WHAT LOVE IS EXCEPT FOR PARENTS/SIBLINGS/OTHER RELATIVES, DOESN'T WANT SEX OR A BOYFRIEND.
She is just a little bit past being a child.
