I am assuming you know which company the policies belong to and that these policies are still in force. If so, call the company's customer service number and ask them to send you a policy reprint. It's a simple matter of printing off the current contract (policy) and any ammendatory endorsements that may apply. They should be able to send these documents to you relatively quickly. You don't have to have the official looking packet, just copies of what the contract says.
If your policies are not in-force right now (i.e. you no longer insure with this company), you can make the same request; however, it will take much longer for them to get the documents to you.
Good luck!

You can call your broker, but don't be insulted if he laughs. Only a pack-rat would have a copy that long unless you have had a continuous relationship with the same broker. I worked in an office where we had home insurance files back to the 60s, but only for clients that had been insured with us for that whole time. In the office I am at now, we have some files 30 years old, but, once you leave us, we hold the file only as long as we legally have to, then it is shredded or burned, in accordance with privacy legislation.

Call the company and give them the numbers. It's doubtful they would keep something on file that long, usually things are destroyed in 3 to 5 years.

Call the company but I doubt they would still have the info. If your looking to make a claim or someone is making a claim against you, I'm sure its way past the statute of limitation.

You will have to call the company (not agency) directly. I worked at an agency and we did not keep any information over 10 years old.
