30 year old male with history of drug and alcohol use.all of a sudden gets these symptoms that lasted about 6 months then went away
tremors, falling, loss of bowel,major weight loss,slurred speach........before this stuff this man was completly health .....what could this be?

It sounds like a neurological problem. Could it be MS? Maybe a brain lesion? He definitely needs to consult a physician immediately and have a workup.

It could be some type of issue with his brain. He really should get checked out as soon as possible.

Probably a side effect of heavy drinking and drug abuse. His liver is probably shot and his brain is affected.
