The best way to get rid of black marks are using a cream containing hydroquin. This ingredient gets all the color pigment to be the same. Also drinking water helps get rid of irregular coloring of the skin. Check with your doctor also, sometimes the dark circles could be a sign of diabetes

Hey Ambi does wonders. It has soap and cream. It a complexion cream and complexion bar. I have five kids and no stretchmarks because of Ambi. Try iy. Bath in it thats what I do.

if its just dirt -- scrub them really good with an exfolliating soap scrub or regular soap and a luffa. if its something else --- go see a doctor.
