First off, to correct you, Lord Krishna is a Hindu God, not from the Muslims, and not a prophet. I would know that because I am Hindu and Krishna is in fact my favorite God. He is one of the 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu is the protector, and in the course of time, he came down in 10 different forms in order to protect the people on earth. Krishna was one of them.

Yes he could have been.
Since God sent prophets to change some people's direction of worship, to fix the corruption. and Allah sent many many prophets and messengers ( they are a bit different)
see, Messengers are men chosen by God to continue old messages sent by Prophets, while prophets are men chosen by God as well but they have new things to add... a newer message in a way.
So Krishna could have been one of two or not. Since almost all the messages that we sent by God were altered by time, his message might have.
But if you think he was a Prophet, then there are two things that all prophets have in common:
1) They are sent to direct people to worship one God and erase falsehood and alterations that occured in the religion.
2) All PROPHETS had some kind of miracle(s) sent along so people would believe.
So.. maybe he was!

I think Hindus consider Lord Krishna to be God not a prophet. Anyways it could be possible that God had sent them a prophet but since Hindu teachings are so different from our teachings that we can only assume that they were corrupted.

Absolutely -please ignore the incorrect statements previously made
The Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said God has sent hundreds of thousands of prophets before him - so it is perfectly possible that Krishna was a prophet as well as Buddha, Socrates etc -
basically any righteous person sent by God who called to monotheism - However none of the prophets were ever divine or God.
I believe Krishna is considered a God in Hinduism not a prophet that of course is directly against Muslim belief since God and humans are totally seperate - creator and created-however he could have been a prophet
However Muslims are only obligated to believe in Prophets especially mentioned in the Quran - so for example if a Muslim said "I dont believe Krishna was prophet" he wouldnt be considered a disbeliever but if he said "I dont believe Jesus/Moses/Abraham/Muhammed were prophets " he would (providing he was adult,sane and knew what he was saying and hadnt been forced or hadnt been shown the evidence)

What is the Sunni position on the possible prophethood of ancients like Krishna, Buddha, or Confucios
Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani
In discussing prophethood in Islam, what is the Sunni position on the possible prophethood of ancients like Krishna, Buddha, or Confucius?
Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,
It is very probable that many of the great religious figures of other traditions were true prophets. Similarly, we see traces of monotheism in the beliefs and practices of such traditions.
However, we do not affirm prophethood or Divine Origins for any prophet or religion that the primary texts of the Qur’an and Prophetic sunna have not affirmed such for. However, we also believe that the origin of religions is monotheistic, and they corrupt towards polytheism.
Shaykh Umar Faruq Abdallah’s paper One God, Many Names on www.Nawawi.org has some excellent insights.
Wassalam,
Faraz Rabbani

Well, the idea is possible, that there are some messengers of God were not mentioned in the Quran, But the point is that the Quran stated that there are only 2 holy books other than the Quran, which are the old and the new testament.
{3.3:It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).}
and mentioning the Jews and Christians as the people of the book asking them to believe in Muhammad and to follow him.
{3.64: Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but God. that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than God." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to God.s Will).}

It is possible, but only acceptable if he preached Monotheism the belief in one God, the creator of the universe. If he preached idolatry then it is not possible for him to be a Prophet of God.
It's good see you have been studying Qu'ran.
Peace Be With You

No there is no way. For the simple fact if he was a true prophet he would have been preaching monotheism not teaching about false Gods and Idols.

Everytime I study memories approximately him; i'm surprised each and every time. the guy became stunning and that i want i might desire to be like him along with his endurance, kindness, etc. etc. in direction of others. all and sundry is stressful, impolite, obnoxious and that i might desire to bypass on for hours, however the prophet became so style to them, weird and wonderful. i like Prophet Yusef too b/c nicely you comprehend haha, Prophet Musa is massive too b/c he had to manage those jews. do you comprehend how confusing it is? Tbh i might kill myself. i like many others too, yet Prophet Muhammed became marvelous.
