You need to explain what strange is. No one can tell you whats going on if you dont tell us what your cat is doing.

Its about the age she will have her first season. If she is making strange noises or rubbing herself on furniture etc she is in season. Keep her indoors or you will end up with kittens in a few months time. Its best to keep her in anyway. Having a litter of kittens so young is not a good idea.

Depends on what your cat is doing. 6 months, it's reaching maturity and I suggest that by 8 months you get the kitten spayed. Otherwise she'll be out by your door or window, yowling for some love. And you don't want that to happen, otherwise, it's kittens for you.
Also, kittens have spurts. They get very energetic very quickly, whenever they feel like it.

She was always friendly. but latly shes been like, possessed or something if she cant get her way! i picked her up from the settee last night cause i wanted to sit there, and she was evil all night! If i walked past shed try to bite or scratch me! Cats are just funny creatures, its all part of there charm!

my female cat mortimer is also a fellow nut and has been running around taunting me with a christmas bauble (you may ask how a cat may taunt you with a bauble, well she runs up to you with it in her mouth and then when you try and get it from her she races away like a galloping nutter). sometimes i think cats are just a little crazy, give her some catnip toys to play with, let her embrace her loopiness!!

Hi Karen...you haven't mentioned if your kitten is spayed. Cats who become sexually mature (usually between 5-7 months) will become overly affectionate and rub and roll when they are in heat. Often times it will be accompanied by constant yowlings.

since you did not say what she is doing when she is acting weird, it is hard to say. If she acts like she feels bad, might need to take her to the vet, have her checked out. Good Luck.

cats have their reasons but I cant say more than that without more info. Acting weird is too broad, can you be abit more specific, ta.
