However I have recently for the first time managed to fill the memory card. It allowed me to download all the pictures onto my computer but will not allow me to delete the pictures from the memory card.It says "memory full" or "there are no files" Please help !!

If you have downloaded all your pictures, you could try reformatting the memory card instead of deleting the pictures..

Hi, did you try and delete the pictures whilst you where still on the computer, if you did this might not work. So maybe if you try and delete them whilst the memeory card is in the camera this may work. If it still keeps saying that there are no files maybe the card has been shorted out or something, whilst you where on the computer.
Try deleting the pictures whilst you are in the cameras menu.

Try formatting the card in the camera, as oppose to deleting them.

As above, look in the camera menu, and Format the card in the camera.

sure, Its from utilising the liquid crystal reveal to take and evaluation the photos. the only thank you to shop battery existence is to apply the reveal much less or get some sturdy lithium batteries like those that are basically extremely extra advantageous than the common ones. or you may continuously purchase rechargable batteries besides. sturdy luck

try the following:
use the explorer preface to cut all your files
instead of those automatic photo managers
then remove your memory card
delete all files on the camera memory
worked?

does your camera have a low level format facility ? try that, if you dont have the facility on your camers ( my old SONY certainly didn't), try it in someone elses camera instead.

Also... make sure you havent accidentally write protected the memory card.
