Im asking for a recipe that i can make naturally . I want to build muscle naturally. I currently weigh about 134 pounds my age is fifteen.

You can get some extra protein by sprinkling dry milk powder (like the Carnation or other cheaper product in a box) on your food and adding it to your milk. Drink milkshakes, eat high protein foods like lean meat, nuts, dried beans (like baked beans), peanut butter.

You'll have to exercize and lifts weights to develop your muscles. You can get some inexpensive hand weights or use the large rubber bands to do resistance training. Surf around the web and look for muscle building exercizes and be sensible and patient about your program. Good luck!!

If you want to build it naturally why not just go to the gym and lift weights do 2 to 3 sets the machines that you want. Be careful not to lift too much weight, it could lead to serious injury. If you do this 3-5 times a week you should be stronger, by the end of the second week. The reason I say only 3-5 times, is your muscles need rest days. On rest days your muscles build up the most.

If you want to build naturally and healthy then go to the club and lift with none of these things. Most of them are a gimmick. Most clubs have trainers that will help you set up a program to do it gradually to not hurt yourself. Some people going in alone will lift too much weight to start and many get hurt. If you're familiar with weight training let me know and I'll help you to get started, if not then you'll do well by working with a trainer to get a program started,. it would be too difficult thru e-mail to start from scratch!
