hi people....well guys im an engineering student....and im 21 yrs of age....i like a girl who is 2 yrs older than me....means 23...
so she is going to graduate 2 yrs ahead of me...now my problem is...i really have no connection to her...like she is of another department....and i dont have a clue how to make her realise that i like her, i have been around her exchanging stares.......im quite blank as to what i should do...any suggestions?

If I were you, I would see if it seems she might like me. If she stares, that's a good sign! Do you have any friends that know her? Hmm...
If it seems like she may like you, how bout just saying "hi"? I mean, it's something..... and, it's innocent enough. A simple "hi". Try talking to her. Just try it.
Here's what not to do:
1) Don't try to act like some macho. Ok, we've already established you're not an upperclassman. In fact, don't "ACT" at all. Just be your sweet self
2) Don't stalk her. Ohhhhh gosh, there's nothing more annoying than a creepy stalker! Don't be sappy either. Don't grovel before her feet. Ladies want a man they can respect!

Why stare if you can just walk up to her and invite her out. You can take her to a movie, dinner, concert or just for a nicce walk in teh park. SO stopping been shy and go ask her out. And if she says NO well just move on.

Ask her out to lunch, then again if it goes well. Be yourself. If she's looking at you too, she's probably waiting. Be yourself, and let her be herself. Just go up to her and ask her if she has a minute, then say would you like to have lunch sometime? Easy! If you make a connection - move up to dinner, movie, etc.

Look if you relay like her.Try and ask her if she would not mined to go eat lunch with you some day.It might seem high school but you have to start some were don't you.P.S. don't forget to make her smile.

She's probably waiting for you to make the first 'move', just suggest meeting for coffee, or at some event taking place at school.

she may be as nervous as you are. if you really like her, tell her. in your current situation, you will never know if something may happen. at least if you tell her, you will have an answer either way. good luck.
