My Parents came to Australia as Italian Immigrants, now I was born before they became Australian Citizens, what I want to know is can I apply for an Italian Citizenship and/or apply for a Dual Passport ?

I believe you can. You are already living as an Australian Citizen, right? If both your parents have claimed Aussie citizenship, you are perfectly entitled to claim yours, too.

You have it good. My dad is British, my mum is Mexican and I was born in the U.S.. I have three passports!!! :o So I guess that if I can live with three citizenships, it should be easy for you to get two.

There is no such thing as a dual passport.

Whether you qualify for Italian and/or Australian citizenship is a matter to take up with both governments separately. In general, you can keep your Italian citizenship after you acquire Australian citizenship since neither country has a law against dual citizenship. Look here for more details:

Yes, you can apply. Yes, you can carry two passports. I got my Italian Citizenship at the Consulate in Miami, Florida, USA. You have to learn what an apostille is. You'll also have to get some of your parents civil records together. See this link:
