Sounds crazy but he may not realize that what he is doing is wrong. You may have to lock him out of your room at night and then explain to him why and apologize and beg for forgiveness. Cats have much sensitivity. Of course, you could try to explain that it hurts, to him. I'm serious. Depending on how close you are to yer furball, this might work. Just whatever you do with him keep love in your heart. He will respond.

A six week old kitten is way too young to be away from mom. I'm assuming from what you said that she was going to be dumped at the shelter immediately if you didn't take her so then this would not be your fault. She has a lot of needs and she's going to be very lonely without her mom and siblings and you're stuck in the role of both. If you can afford a second kitten, I suggest you get another one. She'll be happier and grow up better adjusted with a friend. You can go to a shelter and get another kitten, that one will probably be a little older but that's usually fine. We had a 14 week old when we found a 5 week old and they did fine together. The adoption fee should cover basic vet care and spaying/neutering so that will probably work out to be cheaper than your current kitty. Just make sure your little one sees the vet first to make she's healthy before bringing anyone else in. You can simply keep her out of your room, but you could end up with an emotionally damaged cat. She is very young and is going to be very needy. If you look at things from her point of view, the world can be a scary, lonely place. She's small and she's still a baby. Try to be patient with her. I hope you are willing and able to get another kitten. Kittens love other kittens (although they should still be introduced carefully). They would usually rather chew on each other than on you or your furniture.

cats love to jump on and catch anything that moves. They love playing with toes that move under the cover. You must be special to the cat, likes to play with your toes. Best way is to close the door to the bedroom and not let it in until your awake. Cats love sleeping with their favorite person, they love sleeping on top of your head in your hair too.

It helps if you put Catnip between your toes before going to sleep. Try it and tell me how it works out for you. Good luck.
