If you want simply hot according to the mean average concensus of men, you'll find that a strippers look is considered hot. That entails big breasts, curves, with a degree of atheleticism.
The average guys cup of tea, though hot is a generalized opinion, and one mans hot can be anothers very cold.

An outgoing and friendly personality is a key to being 'hot', as well as politeness. While physical beauty is great, without that personality, the most gorgeous women can seem like some of the ugliest.
You can wrap up a turd in a pretty box with shiny ribbons and bows, but it's still a turd.

to be hot, a girl needs to be kind, smart, caring, and by the way, looks don't last, so it would be personality. If you want looks, then curvy is better

hot isn't just looks but attitude as well.
shakira is the best example. she isn't great looking but she has a very tight body and moves it oh so well. the way she moves shows an attitude that makes her desirable.
not everyone can pull it off.
