I agree with previous 2 answerers (Marco B and Shamrock). However I would add that "ai vicoli" sounds also wrong, it must be "nei vicoli".
The original sentence in Italian should be then :
'Dobbiamo parlare della musica che è suonata nei vicoli della Valle del Sole" and my translation into English is :
"We must (or 'we have to') speak about the music played in the Sun Valley's alleys"

Marco has got it right... I too believe the sentence has already gone through an online translator or was traslated by someone whose Italian is a bit sketchy. The word "giocata" should probably been "suonata", as the rest of the sentence refers to music...

I am assuming this is already a sentence translated through some website, since it makes little sense in Italian. Moreover, the verb "è" (is) is without the accent, which is very confusing in Italian (e without the accent is "and").
In fact, the verb "giocare" and "suonare" are both "to play", but the first refers to playing a game, while the second refers to play music, and they are not interchangeable.
