Sexoforte seems to be a word that is associated with sexuality and sex such that I believe the name was applied to an ED medication which currently seems to only be available in some European Countries and Mexico such that it is not legal in the U.S. As the standards for testing seem to often be lower in foreign countries and also production facility standards there are a myriad of possible associated problems that have not been discovered yet or may be associated with where and how it is produced. Other than it is not sold in the US I cannot find much about it except what it sells for. Just because someone is selling something somewhere and saying it works does not make it safe. Even things that are approved by the FDA which has some of the best standards in the world does not mean that companies do not fudge their laboratory results especially if independent research to prove or disprove it is not done. Basically the FDA says certain categories of ED treatments are drugs and cannot be sold unless approved by the FDA as a drug from what I can tell by a letter about an ED treatment that was claiming to be herbal that contained chemicals that are categorically drugs. It is fairly cheap for an ED drug.
