I cut my hair short today. It looks sort of guyish. It looks more girly when I add a hairband but I cannot wear a headband everyday! What else can I do besides using clips?

I have short hair as well. I wear more girly colours overall and try not to dress in baggy clothes, and I also wear girlie coloured hats. I can't stand clipping in up, but I always tuck the sides behind my ears. Headbands also give me headaches.

You can get those tiny little clip-ins that you can put all over in you hair. (think Phoebe from Friends, she always had those in) Or you can use pomade or mousse and twist sections together down to the ends. To give that touseled look. Also you can get that hair gel that has glitter in it and use it to hold down a section. Try this: part it on the side, then get a 1in or 2 in section and smooth it down around and behind your ear, secure it behind the ear with a bobby pin and use the glitter gell on the section that is secured. It'll look cute.

Wear makeup that will brighten your face and long earrings. Dress a bit more girly to take the attention of your hair. You could also try little barrets on the side of your hair.

styling it girly always works. i have short hair and ponytails and headbands don't always work. try getting bangs those are always girly. if u do a girly style with some nice girly clothes no one will mistake u for a guy. u could also have it bob cut, those are super stylish and girly too. goodluck!!!

Give it some volume on top and a part on the side. To get volume, tease it a bit underneath and spray on some hair spray. Good luck!

Make it flippy with a thin flat iron and use wax for a spikey flippy look. Comb it foreword for a fuller longer look. Think Halle Berry

i had to cut my hair short too *but because of bad hair dammage from chemicals* ..hmmm what i do is i put mine up in a poney tail, any girl can look cute in one! and just wait for it to grow out

get some cute hats or bandannas or if your ears are pieced wear long ea rings so it will take attention off your short hair

waves maybe. any sort of wave you can make in your hair will look girly.
