it's not in mass but there is this great place in RI literally just over the seekonk border in East Providence its called MRT my hubby took my mothers original solitaire from 25 years ago and they reset it with 2 smaller ones on each side and it is so perfect I am pretty sure you can find them on the web at least for a phone # and directions. I highly reccomend them!

depends where you are in MA...there are lots of wonderful jewelers on the North Shore....
