Don't mess with vitamins except with expert advice, they can be over done. Vitamins wont rid you of spots anyway. Try a good diet, lots of healthy stuff and keep your skin clean, and your hair (if your hair is greasy and it dangles on your face the germs will spread more easily) a clean flannel each day (cotton ones will boil with a little detergent to make sure they are really clean - but make sure they're cool before touching!) and make sure your pillow case / bed linen is changed each week. If you get spots near your mouth try sleeping with the window a little open (sometimes people dribble at the corners of their mouth because they have their mouth open). Don't use anything too strong on your skin, a pH balanced cleanser. And drink lots of water!

what kind of spots? . .There is a type of fungal disease that causes spots. Its not a disease you can get rid of .. not can you give to someone, It's "self-contained". Called tinea-versicolor. If this is what you have try slathering up your spots with selsun blue shampoo but don't rinse it off .... sleep with it on. That's the easiest and mildest form of help. If its worse than that the Dr can give you "Kenalog cream" or "triamcinalone" cream. Worst case they can prescribe a 1 wk course of the anti fungal "Nizoral" which can be VERY hard on your liver. i take a one week does about every 2 years when I start looking like a Dalmatian.

My best advice for you is to drink lots and lots of water every day. Buy yourself a 2 litre bottle and keep filling it up. Vitamins won't help!

Go to your local health shop and they will help you or ask your doctor for advice. Usually its just normal teenage spots that you will have to put up with till they disappear but keep your face clean and don't pick them!
