It can do especially if you are an uptight person. Try yoga or some form of meditation.

Yes it is very normal and your symptoms are classic anxiety!
If you weren't nervous about your driving test I would be worried. It is a big step to take and a huge responsibility.
First of all, try to relax. It isn't any good getting yourself so worked up that you are too nervous to take the exam. I advise you try to get as much practice as possible. Be sure to take a patient qualified driver with you and commentate on every action you do.
On the day, make sure you eat something. Even if you feel really sick, it is better to eat something as it will keep your sugar level up which will aid concentration. Wear something that you are comfortable in, it isn't a fashion show so it doesn't have to be the latest designer gear!! Take deep breaths and just think to yourself that anyone who is behind the wheel of a car has had to go through the exact same thing as you..... even the examiner!!
Be sure to fasten seat belt , open your window a little bit and adjust mirrors before starting your engine. On the road, make sure you move your head slightly when you look in the rear view mirror. Sometimes it appears as if you aren't looking even if you are (I learned this tip from my instructor).
The main thing though is not to panic. It isn't the end of the world if you don't pass first time. Sometimes you may just get an examiner who is in a bad mood. Enjoy yourself and if you don't suceed the first time, don't be down hearted, just pick up the phone, book another test and practice in between.
You will be fine though. Good luck!!

Yes, all normal.
I have even worse symptoms when stressed (diarrhea, migraine, loss of appetite, blood pressure drops).
Apart form that, I'm very healthy.
Personnaly, what I do about it is go and have a long session of a strenuous exercise (running for an hour does much good). It's what your body is prepared for, so I think it's the healthiest thing you can do in case of high stress.
And don't worry about that test, you'll make it fine !
