Make sure the stinger is not in the site where you were stung, and if it is remove by scraping gently to remove. Make a paste of meat tenderizer ( using meat tenderizer and water to moisten.) Apply and re-apply to the site and leave till swelling subsides. This isn`t generally serious unless you have a allergic reaction to the sting. If you begin to have trouble breathing, and your eyes start swelling shut, or a itching rash, get to the hospital immediately. You will be experiencing a severe allergic reaction which can be very dangerous.

If you are allergic, or begin to develop hives (itchy red patches on your body) or have difficulty breathing, go immediately to the emergency room. Have someone drive you or call an ambulance. If your throat closes the paramedics will have to put a tube in your neck.
Otherwise, scrape out the stinger with a thin piece of plastic (credit card, drivers license, etc.) and put vinegar on the affected area. This will help neutralize the venom.

Bees don't sting. It's more likely a Yellow Jacket. There won't be a stinger to remove.

Wash the sting well with soap and water. The soap kills the venom. Then put a bandage on it.

See if the stinger is still in your arm first of all. If it is get some tweezers and pull it out. And if there is any swelling at all put some ice on it. Try not to rub or touch it.

Put some mud on it, be cognitive of your breathing for the next half hour and if that's okay and you're not itching or feeling dizzy and you don't feel like your dying then yer kewl.

Crush an aspirin and make it into a paste using water then apply it on the sting. That should bring you some relief.
