blotched skin on face?

Question

im a 46 yo white male with a heavy black beard. all at once my beard hair started falling out and skih color started changing to a pinkish white color. the hair started growing again but pure white. my face is all blotched up in this terrible skin color of black and white. can anybody tell me if they have or know someone else with this problem and know what is is? it is imbassassing to go in publick. thanks a bunch
