There are workout music programs put together for iPods (or other mp3 players) from iAplify if you just want one already put together (see link).

Alternatively I would recommend anything by ZZ Top!

it depends on what kind of music you like to listen to but if it was me i would listen tosomething they would play like at a school dance that has rythem and wants to get me moving

if you have an ipod, or you can just download itunes, and then there are free podcasts, there is this one podcast called PODRUNNER, it has upbeat music every week, to keep you going
