I've been hearing about this other compression formats like vp6 and vp7, but I can't figure how to use it.

suggestions? (I don't want to hear about flash or youtube) I'm making these myself and am interested in getting as close to vividas as I can with out the expense.

If its for videos then just download the divx codec and compress with that.. easy to use..
