May be dangerous. Depends on how old you are. Check with your doc. I lost 30 lbs over 2 months but with regular check ups. 45 min gym with a target of 300 calories burn off. Reduce Calory intake to about 900-1000. Whole Wheat English Muffin with 1 tb sp. Peanut butter and coffe for B'fast, Salad (easy on dressing) and whole wheat roll for lunch, fruit in the afternoon and soup/ cereal/ steamed veggies/meat for dinner. Worked for me.

Don't try to lose 20 lbs in a month because that's just not healthy. A healthy rate to lose is like 1-3 lbs a month. Just try to lose more calories than you take in. Every time you eat something, look at the nutrition facts thing, where it says how many calories it has, and the number of servings. If you eat the whole thing (whatever it might be, cookies, etc) multiply the number of servings by the number of calories it says it has. That's the real number it has. Write down what you eat, when you eat, and how many calories it has in a little book or a Microsoft excel sheet on the computer, so every time you think of eating something when you're not suppose to or that has too many calories just look at the log of intake you had today, and most likely you'll put it down. Make sure you schedule workout time in your schedule. Pushing yourself to exercise is good, just make sure do don't cross the line between pushing yourself and hurting yourself. Usually, a normal calorie intake is like 2000 a day, so try eating between 1000-1500 a day and exercising. That way, you eat less, and you work that less off even more, so you'll only be taking maybe 900-140 a day insted of 2000. Hope this helps!

I have been working really hard to get a lean body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the great body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 15 pounds and 17 inches, 3 inches from my waist! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. I found out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it is worth it! You can also get it at this website

Jennifer,
Losing that much weight that quickly isn't going to result in a permanent weight loss. You need to find your BMR. I'm guessing for this question that you're 20, and that your BMR (the number of calories per day it takes you to support your current weight) is in the area of 1500 - 1700.
The key is to lower the number of calories you take in and calories expended through exercise to be less than your BMR amount.
3000 calories equals about one pound. So, if you have a daily deficit of 500 calories, you'd lose about 1 1/2 pounds per week.
The problem with the crash diet is that you will lose the weight, but your metabolism will slow down and the weight loss will stop (actually, it will increase).
So, although this sounds contrary to everything you have ever heard about losing weight, you need to eat healthy and keep your caloric intake in line with losing a couple pounds per week. It will take you two months to get to your goal (at about 2 pounds per week) but you'll never gain it back.
Good Luck!

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.
Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!!!!!!
