You gonna sit here and pretend like everyone else is the problem? Everyone is mentioning the same friggen nationality. Its not just everyones imagination that illegal Mexicans are causing problems in their communities. Am I supposed to say "ohhhh ignore that gigantic group guys, lets focus on the two koreans who overstayed their visas". You are kidding yourself and being just as racist as you want to accuse everyone else of being.

I noticed that you put "Mexicans" instead of "illegals" in your question. Nice way to DEFLECT the real issue, illegal immigration, and make it about race. For the record, one of my good friends at work is Mexican. He speaks fluent English, is an American citizen, and is a Dodger fan (though I don't hold that against him). Why would I want him to go back to Mexico when he's a US citizen? Plus, he's in my fantasy football league, and I get to beat his team twice a year :)
The true issue is illegal immigration, that people who cross our border illegally do not belong here and should be sent back whence they came. The fact that most of them are Mexican doesn't make it racial thing. It just means that more Mexicans than other nationalities are breaking the law.
I'm an immigrant myself. I was born in Korea and became a naturalized citizen when I was 4-years old. I came here legally. Why can't all these illegals (and unfortunately, most of them are Mexican, and we can get into all the racism debates we want, but ultimately it's about legality, not race) do the same?

I want everybody whose illegal to go back, I don't care where they come from. They drain services, health care, use lies and deceit to stay in this country, have chosen to break the laws, and a million other reasons.
Americans can do those jobs as well as anyone else. In fact, the DOL says that in 1980 the average meatpacker made $19 an hour, now he/she makes $9. Care to venture why?
Greedy companies hiring cheap labor...and then exploting the crap out of them. In fact, the U.S is 3rd largest in the human trafficking problem. And alot of those people end up in sweatshops, or working as prostitutes against their will. I'm definitely not for that. I'm also not for continuing to let smugglers rape women and children, then leave them to die. And I'm not for rewarding women who risk their pregnancy to come here, hoping their baby can get citizenship-if the pregnancy survives the trip.
There were 8 to 9 million "clerical errors" when filing taxes last year. Some were people who made small errors in writing down their SS number. Many were people who used false or stolen SS numbers. It's reported some people had their number used as much as 200 times, and it is not the government policy to inform ID theft victims. Also, my daughter cannot go to public school.
Why? Because Spanish is not her first language and because we are not migrants. Yet, we pay for this "public" school which my children cannot use. What's ironic? My husband is of Mexican descent and we have chosen to have our children learn Spanish at a later date- after they have a good grip on English and have started reading.

I don't care if you are from Mexico, Europe, England, or the North Pole, if you are illegal..you don't belong here...:PERIOD.. come thru legal channels or go the heck back home..we have enough LEGALS here (which I more than welcome) and US citizens that need our jobs, and free healthcare, etc..y should we take care of someone who purposely breaks the law just to get here and doesn't give a d a mn. and our attitudes toward mexicans are not anything like their attitudes toward Americans..

they drive without a drivers license nor insurance and have accidents then disappear
they don't pay taxes and use our services hospitals schools food stamps
they diminish the value of our job by accepting less wages they make it impossible to live here so its not that they or you are doing the jobs we don't want to do it that we don't want to live like you. we made a good place and now your ruining it
and those low budget Latino men that leer at our women and the drugs you import the gangs you bring in and the violence you create

Your QUESTION is just about Mexicans. Did you notice?
The illegals overstrain our school budgets and even if they pay taxes are too poor to pay enough for their children's education. Accordingly each one is more money diverted from our own children.
We have limits of immigration of poor people for a reason, the same reason every other country in the world limits immigration of poor people. Coming to take our services despite of and in violation of our limits is stealing.

I'll tell you why, it's MOSTLY just about mexicans!!!!
Because we DO NOT have 20-30 MILLION illegal canadians, germans, etc, etc sneaking over here!!! No, it's 20-30 million MEXICANS!!!! And before you call me a "racist", i would feel the SAME WAY about millions of illegals from ANY country coming here!!!
Besides THAT fact, they are costing the taxpayers BILLIONS of dollars in welfare,UNPAID medical bills, food stamps, WIC, AFDC,special classes for non-English speaking students, "free" lunches for these same students!! Not to mention the millions of dollars for INCARCERATING the criminal element!!!
In L.A. alone,98% of arrest warrants, are for ILLEGAL aliens!!! In Phoenix,Az 89% of arrest warrants are for ILLEGAL aliens!!! And this is only TWO major cities!!!
We CAN NOT support the world!! We need to look out for OUR citizens FIRST!!

Its not MEXICANS....it's ILLEGALS !!!!
My Grandparents were immigrants, that came through Ellis Island, legally. Learned the language and always spoke in English. The old language was used at home, to keep things from the kids. They bought a Grocery store earned a good living, raised 10 kids.Paid taxes and asked for nothing free.....

I would like for any illegal immigrants to go back and come in the legal way. Doesn't matter where they are from if they are illegal -- they are breaking the law and we don't need them here. If immigrants want to come here and be a productive member of society and immigrate the legal way -- I say come on in.

because the ones that come here are not exactly the best and the brightest.
they are the exact opposite.
we have plenty of low wage workers, we are maxed.
they just come here to use our generous public services.
it's not our job to take care of the people from third world countries. let them fix Mexico first.
