No.

Any mouth is a breeding ground for bacteria... there is rotting food in their teeth that is concealed in a dark warm place.... millions upon millions of bacteria are festering in any mouth, even a cats.

Besides, do you know where the cat sticks that thing?!!?

I have to go brush my teeth now.

No, it is not sanitary. If you've ever looked at a cat's tongue up close, it is like velcro, picking up all the bacteria as it licks its fur and other things, which you may not know where it's been.

No, it is not. However, it IS cleaner than a humans tongue. I don't remember where I heard that, but I have been told it many a time.
