it has the same size only i write under it 0% ,i tried to open with several kinds but all give same blank and when try to use editor it told me ,wrong file format
is thier any help to bring it back?

what is the picture format i mean extension? There may be unusual file format. Try opening with ACDSee or Photoshop.
