No! You are by no means over weight. When I was 5'4", I weighed 123 pounds and was in a size 5. You have NOTHING to worry about. For instance, I'm now 5'9" and 146 pounds, but that's still normal, too. You must always take into account your wieght is relative to your height--which means that you are perfectly fine. If anything, it would seem that you are in great shape and actually quite thin. Enjoy your health, and if you ever feel that you are overweight, NEVER diet. You are far too young, and I know from experience that dieting while young is never a good idea. I'm fifteen, and I've always felt overweight even though I'm perfectly normal. So, ever since I was about eleven, I've tried to diet, but it's never worked. If anything, they always made me gain weight. I've finally realized a healthy way to keep my weight, well, healthy is by eating good and wholesome foods. I've tried to watch my fat, sugar, and sodium intake simply by choosing celery with ranch dressing over a cookie when getting my lunch at school or by opting out on a fatty food. You can also take walks around your neighborhood if you're interested in building muscle mass. One thing about that, though, if you do get into excersice, you'll probably gain weight. Don't worry, though, that's a good thing. You see, fat weighs less than muscle does. When you lose fat and gain muscle, you lose the weight of the fat and gain the weight of the muscle. You'll be shrinking and more healthy, but you will gain weight. Don't worry, don't diet, be happy!

So, I hope that this helps you out, but, trust me. You are perfectly healthy and thin, so don't diet!!! It's bad for your body.

You're fine. The only problem I see is that you're 13 and already buying into ridiculous ideas about what your body should look like. Just like everything else on TV and in movies, the body images you see aren't real. Models don't even look that thin in real life. Most are airbrushed, colored, tapered, and enhanced on the page to get that look that you think is natural. It's just another form of special effects.

Trust me. A natural beauty, with curves in the right places, is 100 times more appealing to a real person than some broomstick who lives on coffee and cigarettes to maintain a false body image. Society's idea of a perfect body changes with the times. It used to be the Marilyn Monroe/Jane Mansfield body that was considered perfect. Today, they'd both be considered plus size women and some odds balls would even call them fat by today's standards. But can anyone say they weren't beautiful? No way. Don't worry about the changing fads of body preferences, or you'll never be happy with yourself. Just keep your body healthy, flexible and toned, and you'll always be attractive.

Good luck. :)

Did you not recieve enough answers the first time or are you waiting for that one person to say "yes, you are overweight"?

THe bottom line is simple..you are NOT overweight and losing anymore weight at your height is very unhealthy. Stop worrying about your weight and what your friends say. Just be a kid and have fun. What is wrong with this society.

NO! Seriously you are absolutely fine! Look when you are a teenager your body goes though a lot of changes. Your height weight chart would say 112 is the lowest you can Weight and for most that's an unhealthy 112. So YOU ARE FINE! Really
good luck! Bye.

No, you are at the low end of the healthy weight range - besides which, you are still growing at 13 and could do serious damage to your long-term metabolism by dieting now. Just relax, you're perfect!

Diets will only mess you up and make you gain weight. Just concentrate on eating without distractions (music, books, tv) and eating sitting down. These things and focusing on healthy food that your body wants will keep you at a healthy weight for life.

Yes you are, but don't worry you are in a developing age so nothing to be worried for and it will eventually get to normal condition. Eat loads of fibre food, vegetables, pulses and milk and work out hard.

No, no, no. You sound perfect. Please don't compare yourself to other girls your age as everyone is different. You never want to go on diets anyways, they are unhealthy. If you eat proper meals and get plenty of exercise then you should be fine. Stay away from sodas and fast food.
