First of all there are many great sources of protein, go to your search engine and type in "what foods have protein" and you'll find them.
Second: go to your search engine and type in "how much protein do I need?" and you can find out how much you need. You will read there that we get more than enough in our diets, but some have to read this for themselves, this is something that the body builders do as they are building so much muscle and want no fats, but for the normal person we get enough. Check it out!

Tuna, chicken, soy/whey shakes, steaks, if you choose just one you'll get mighty bored with it. I managed 3 tins of tuna a day for about 2 weeks until I got so sick of it I happily changed to a lower protein food, mix em up a bit, look at the percentage of protein per food and eat more/less according to how many grams of protein you want to consume per day.

Depends a bit on your particular situation. You may need significant fats to absorb the protein properly, depending on your build. Meats and dairy are the best sources generally, but you probably want to consult with a dietician to find out what's right for you personally.

best sources of protein are chicken\turkey breast , tuna as well as other fish , but if you are working out you still need to consume a balanced diet containing complex carbohydrates ( wholemeal bread, potato,s pasta , rice )are the main choices then fresh friut and veg for your vitamins and minerals

low fat dairy (milk proteins are the most complete and if you choose fat free or low fat dairy they will be lean too).
Milk proteins are so good that most protein shakes are based on whey proteins.
