Where do I find the (FAA-H-8083-25) I've looked in FAR/AIM
for the answers

It is the FAA's "Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge"
IMO, if you are studying up for your oral, (check ride) and have not yet read this book,(or some facsimile thereof )you are not ready for the ride.
The oral portion of mine was almost 5 hours ( bad weather, he knew we were not flying that day) we played 5 hours of stump the dummy!
I being the dummy. I learned ALOT that day, lucky for me, the DPE
loved to teach as well.

BTW do you know what force(s) cause a airplane to turn??

Google it -- FAA-H-8083-25. I did and the first hit took me right there.
