How come u asked this again? Wait never mind you changed it to REALLY hot chick, that's way different. I usually think "wow, she's hot" that is it. But when i have a gf i try not to think of that stuff, because i only want to focus on her.

First of all good question.....depends on if have a girlfriend. if i have "what is the difference between my HOT girlfriend and the HOT girl" this question comes in my head and the answer would be "my girlfriend likes or/and loves me and the hot doesn't"...
if i don't have a girlfriend, "how will i get her attention" and that requires to know what she interested in......
