Both would be the best for me.It isnt good to be outgoing to much like some people just cant shut up or whatever but outgoing people are fun to be around. Its good to be a little shy too...I dont think it is normal not to be. So both if you want to consider a very good relationship that will have a good balance.

Outgoing. Because I'm a shy person. 2 shy people would make a boring relationship. There has to be one person that sparks the conversation in the other.

Well im shy so I like outgoing people my b/f right now is really outgoing hes your average wild and crazy person and I love it!
But guys have always liked me shy so i guess it just depends on what you like.

Shy is incredibly cute... much more so than most outgoing girls...
But... outgoing can also be sexy, funny and even cute depending...
I knew a girl who combined the two... she could be very cutely shy... but also did a strip tease on a table... showed off her beautiful breasts to me in private...
I was a most impressed teen...

Well I'm outgoing and I always feel like I'm doing too much so I'm trying to make myself a little more mellow, but it's hard to break the habits.

outgoing. you want a girl that you can smile at and be like, "wow, she is amazing" and she can take lead sometimes, while having a shy girl may look pretty but you cant have any fun with her, but just look at her (not fun)

A little of both. Most people are shy when you first meet them. But I certainly don't want to be with someone who is so shy that he never talks to me.
