Religion is belief in one or more gods (including "higher powers"). You can't really have one without the other, though people don't like to admit to their beliefs being a religion.
It is not "agnostic". Gnostic means having direct knowledge of the existence of a god. Agnostics believe that direct knowledge of the existence of a god is impossible. It has nothing to do with whether you actually believe in one or not. However, it has been bastardized to mean being unsure about whether there is a god. But neither of those definitions is just belief in a higher power, but not religion.
There are some who say they believe in Jesus and have a "relationship" with the Christian god, which they name God. They sometimes claim to not have a religion, but it is still Christianity, which is a religion. A religion is any set of beliefs in the existence of one or more gods, including all the rites and rituals that you might attach to it.
Deists belief in a generic higher power that started things then stepped back and let everything happen according to plan. They don't have any rites or riturals, generally, but they are still a religion because it is a belief in the existence of a god.

Theist is the generic word for belief in a Higher Power provided that the Higher Power is singular.
Universalist is also a common definer if you believe the Higher Power is the same across the religious spectrum but just has different names.

Agnostic Spiritualism? (there may or may not be a God, but you maintain a belief in a spiritual aspect of reality without adherence to any religion.)
Adavaita (self and the whole out of Hinduism)?
Nondescripts there is a difference between Gnostic and Agnostic. The same of the difference between Thesist and Atheist.........the A makes all the difference as it is a negation of the root word.

The term is deist. An agnostic believes that neither the existence nor the non-existence of God can be proven.
