My vet suggested Oxyfresh Pet Oral Hygiene Solution. It works well and you can either spray it twice a day into the dog's mouth or add 1 teaspoon to their water each day. It was relatively inexpensive too, under $10. Greenies work well too. Good Luck!

Dog Breath Mints

A very natural way to curb bad breath is garlic. Garlic capsules are very effective and though their breath smells like the aftermath of a scrumptious Italian feast, it really is less offensive in my opinion. It's a daily dose with food so the bad breath doesn't come back after the bone or mint is gone. Try it!

Well taking him for cleanings often can help, like every 6 months I think it is, and also brushing the dogs teeth every 2 days can help. There's also special treats to improve and get rid of bad breath. But don't get the "Greenies" brand, not good for the dog.

Stuff like that can help a lot.

Real bad breath maybe due to ear mites. He may not scratch his ears but he might have some mites. I know of a poodle that had real bad breath and also ear mites and as soon as we got rid of the mites the bad breath was gone. If not give your dog a lot of chewies daily this will get a lot of the tartar off of it's teeth.

Yip Yaps are a great breath mint for dogs that provide a lovely mint smell so you will practically beg for your dog to come to you!!! But remember that if you feed the dog to many of the mints it might get an upset stomach!

You could take him to a vet to get his teeth cleaned but if you want to do something a lot cheaper you can go to walmart and buy some dog mints. he will think that it is a dog treat

There are doggie breath mints you can try. They're called "Yip Yap" and they come in little tins like Altoids, but the tin in blue.

Good luck!

sure, they do make breath mints for canines. they're offered at places the position dogfood is offered. the basis challenge is dental hygiene inspite of the indisputable fact that, so that you may take your canines into the vet for a cleansing each so many times. in case you do not, the undesirable breath will merely worsen, her teeth will rot and he or she will be able to finally desire them pulled - it truly isn't any interesting for her or you.
